All un-engraved item(s) can be exchanged (excludes shipping charges); however, a 10% re-stocking fee will be charged to the customer. No call tags will be issued. Customer is responsible for the cost associated with shipping the item(s) back to The Engraving Company for exchange only.
Please pack and ship item(s) responsibly as we will not accept broken/damaged item(s) for return. Please call 504-837-7378 to obtain a Return Authorization # (RA#) prior to shipping merchandise back to The Engraving Company for exchange. Returns made without an RA# will not be accepted under any circumstances.
