Once an order has been submitted, we reserve the right to begin production immediately and will not be responsible for any changes made to the order after the initial submission.
Additional fees will be incurred and/or a new order will need to be placed should the customer need to make changes/additions to an order.
All sales on the engraved item(s) are final. However, if the customer receive an engraved item and the engraving does not match the customer’s order form, we will gladly replace and ship your new item(s) free of charge. Please note, no refunds will be given.

All un-engraved item(s) can be exchanged (excludes shipping charges). A 10% re-stocking fee will be charged to the customer. No call tags will be issued. The customer is responsible for the cost associated with shipping the item(s) back to us for exchange only.
Please pack and ship item(s) responsibly as we will not accept broken/damaged item(s) for return. Please call (504) 837-7378 to obtain a Return Authorization # (RA#) prior to shipping back merchandise. Returns made without an RA# will not be accepted under any circumstances.
