Return Policy

All Engraved Items are Final Sale. No returns or exchanges allowed.

If an unengraved item is purchased, a return and/or exchange may be granted within a 14-day period from the purchase date. Only items in new condition with original tags and packaging (in tact) may be returned for a refund and/or exchange.

Items cannot be returned after 14 days of the purchase date. After 14 days, all sales are final.

Return Policy on Seasonal Items:
Seasonal Items may not be returned or exchanged. All Sales are Final.

Return Policy on Special Order Products/Jewelry/Monogram
All special order products, jewelry and monogram orders are also Final Sale. Once a deposit is placed the item is ordered and may not be cancelled. In the event a cancellation approval is granted the deposit(s) will be forfeited and not returned, nor will the deposit be transferred to a store credit.

Return Policy on Sale Items:
Sale Items may not be returned or exchanged. All Sales are Final.

Shipping & Handling Charges:
Please note that Shipping and Handling charges are nonrefundable. Any orders returned to us that were originally given free shipping and handling will have regular shipping charges deducted from the return credit.

Any store credits issued are valid for one year from the date issued.

90 Day Holding Period
We are not responsible for items left over 90 days. Any and all items brought in for repair/engraving will be sold to re-cover our costs for the work completed.

Order Placement
Once an order is placed in-store or online no cancellations or changes can be made. We strive to keep our customization wait time to a minimum therefore once an order is placed we reserve the right to start processing the order immediately.

Sending Back an Exchange or Return?
All items are to be returned in their original, unused condition. All original tags and packaging are required in order to receive a full refund. Failure to do such will incur a 25% re-stocking fee.
In order to expedite your request properly, you must follow these simple steps.

  • Call to obtain a RAN (Return Authorization Number).
  • Write the RAN on the outside of the package.
  • Packages sent back without a RAN will be rejected with the shipping service and sent back to sender.
  • Shipping charges for exchange/return are solely the responsibility of the party returning/exchanging the item.

Return Policy

Once an order has been submitted, we reserve the right to begin production immediately and will not be responsible for any changes made to the order after the initial submission.

Additional fees will be incurred and/or a new order will need to be placed should the customer need to make changes/additions to an order.

All sales on the engraved item(s) are final. However, if the customer receive an engraved item and the engraving does not match the customer’s order form, we will gladly replace and ship your new item(s) free of charge. Please note, no refunds will be given.
